What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and the details you choose to give us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit and prepare a quote (lawful basis: steps prior to entering a contract), and to keep records of work we carry out (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted after 12 months. Records for completed projects are kept for as long as required for tax, warranty and legal purposes.
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to deliver your project, such as building control, structural engineers or suppliers, and our email and hosting providers. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
