About DS Kamica
DS Kamica is a construction company based in Northampton, building and renovating homes across Northamptonshire. We combine general building with our own electrical, plumbing and heating teams, so a whole project is planned, built and certified by one company.

Why one team matters
On a typical extension or renovation, half the delays come from coordinating separate trades. Because our electricians and heating engineers are part of DS Kamica, their work is scheduled into the same programme as the build, priced in the same quote and signed off by the same project manager.

- Building Regulations approval for all notifiable work, with completion certificates
- Electrical installations to BS 7671, notified under Part P
- Gas work by Gas Safe registered engineers only
- Party Wall etc. Act 1996 notices identified and served on time
- Tidy, safe sites with branded PPE and vehicles
How we work with you
Four stages, the same on every project.
Free consultation
We visit, listen to what you want, look at the property and talk through budget, timescales and any permissions needed.
Fixed, itemised quote
You receive a written price broken down by stage and trade, with a programme. Changes are always priced in writing before they happen.
Build
One project manager runs the site. Our own electricians and heating engineers work to the same programme, and you get regular updates.
Handover
We walk the finished work with you, fix any snags, and hand over certificates, warranties and building control sign-off.
