How a project runs
The same four stages whether you are converting a loft or building a house.
Free consultation
We visit, listen to what you want, look at the property and talk through budget, timescales and any permissions needed.
Fixed, itemised quote
You receive a written price broken down by stage and trade, with a programme. Changes are always priced in writing before they happen.
Build
One project manager runs the site. Our own electricians and heating engineers work to the same programme, and you get regular updates.
Handover
We walk the finished work with you, fix any snags, and hand over certificates, warranties and building control sign-off.
You will know us on site
Branded vans, uniforms and PPE on every job, so you and your neighbours always know who is working on your home.
